And Ryan is facing a barrage of feelings new to him. As one of the last of a dying race of Drakkor dragons, Maria’s sole duty is to get with child, even if it means surrendering her body to a sexy stranger, then moving on. The kind of woman that compels you to stake your claim on her, to let the world know that she’s yours. When he emerges, his body heals, but his spirit remains scarred. There is only one way for Maxum to be completely free: He must kill the god who cursed him. The task will require tremendous power, so Maxum embarks on a quest to gather talismans to equip him for the battle. Then an earthy wench seduces him and steals one of his magical amulets, but he catches her. She strikes a bargain. Desert Wolf (Wolves of Willow Bend #8)Heather Long (November 24)

Cassius, Alpha of Sutter Butte, leads the most ruthless and dangerous pack in the United States. Sometimes pitiless and cruel, he wants more for his people than a yearly bloodbath. To change his pack, means to change himself and he will find rebellion on all sides. Sovvan Stark, Omega of Delta Crescent, lives a cherished, beloved life in the center of her pack. When her Alpha approaches her about Sutter Butte’s request, Sovvan considers the matter for several months. Accompanied by a single Hound, Sovvan begins a journey to help Cassius rebuild the foundation of his pack, but first she will have to transform him. (Digital)

Dragon Storm (Dragon Fall #2)Katie MacAlister (November 24, Forever)

According to some (including himself), Constantine is one of the greatest heroes of dragonkin who ever lived. Too bad he’s now lonelier than ever and his biggest adventure involves a blow-up sheep, until he has an opportunity to save his kind once again. All Constantine has to do is break into a demon’s dungeon, steal an ancient artifact, and reverse a deadly curse. The plan certainly does not involve rescuing a woman. Bee isn’t sure whether to be infuriated or relieved when Constantine pops up in her prison. The broody, brawny shifter lights her fire in a way no one ever has before, yet how far can she really trust him? Their chemistry may be off the charts, but when push comes to shove, Constantine will have to make a crucial choice: to save the dragons or the woman he’s grown to love with fierce intensity.

Feel the Burn (Dragonkin #8)G.A. Aiken (November 24, Zebra)

War makes strange bedfellows. I, Gaius Domitus, one-eyed rebel dragon king of the Provinces, know that better than most, since I have to fight off half my ungrateful family on a regular basis to keep law and order here in my lands. But I never expected to have to consort with a barbarian human woman. Kachka is beautiful, if you like them fierce, and of course I do. But she keeps complaining about how spoiled and decadent I am, and how a feared Daughter of the Steppes has no time for foolish dragons. I think she likes my eye patch, though. It is quite dashing. With death always at our tails, we take our passion like we take our allies. As they say, love the barbarian you’re with.

Stars in Your Eyes (de Piaget #14)Lynn Kurland (November 24, Jove)

Imogen Maxwell is on a hunt for rare, antique items to use on a period movie set. The last thing she expects to discover in the peaceful Scottish countryside is a pristine medieval sword, or to suddenly find herself facing its very vintage owner in a far too authentic castle. Phillip de Piaget has run out of patience with his recalcitrant Scottish betrothed and is determined that she will join him, once and for all, in front of the altar. Only the lass he captures fleeing his would-be keep seems more interested in running away from him than talking to him. In fact, she seems to have no idea who he is. But taming his reluctant bride is the least of his worries; it seems someone else wants him at the chapel, in a stone box. As for Imogen, how can he let her go, when she holds the key to not only the castle, but his heart?

Wild Cat (Leopard People #8)Christine Feehan (November 24, Jove)

A simple request for Siena Arnotto: deliver a gift to her grandfather’s friend. One look at Elijah Lospostos, hard-bodied and stripped to the waist, and Siena succumbs to a feline stirring she never felt before, and to Elijah’s reckless and pleasurable demands. But when that pulse-throbbing moment ends in the murder of an unexpected intruder, Elijah accuses the shaken and confused Siena of setting him up. Then Siena discovers the truth of her Leopard heritage, of the secrets in her grandfather’s inner circle, and the sinister plot of revenge that has put her in jeopardy. When Siena’s grandfather is assassinated, she realizes the only man she can trust is Elijah. Now as her Leopard rises from within, Siena and Elijah share not only an animal instinct for survival, but a desire so raw and wild it may be the only thing that can save them.
